Same day hospital flower delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday and before 11am on Saturdays. When ordering for a patient, please provide their full name and ward or room details where known.

Delivery and Returns

Victoria Blum provides flower delivery throughout the Sydney metropolitan area. Please ensure the recipient's full name, delivery address and contact phone number are correct when placing your order to help us complete your delivery successfully.

Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday and before 11am on Saturdays. Business deliveries are generally made between 9am and 5pm, while residential deliveries may be made between 9am and 7pm. Preferred delivery times may be requested, however specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Weather, traffic and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times. If we experience a significant issue with your delivery, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will use their professional judgement to determine whether the flowers can be safely left at the property. Where appropriate, deliveries may also be left with reception, concierge or authorised building personnel.

If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, restricted access or other circumstances beyond our control, an additional delivery charge may apply for redelivery, redirection or return to Victoria Blum. We will contact you if this occurs.

If a particular flower, product or variety is unavailable, we may substitute it with a seasonal alternative of similar style, quality and value. Where a significant substitution is required, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
