How Can I know when my order is delivered

When placing the order you will receive an order confirmation followed by a completed delivery notification.

Please ensure you have entered your email address not the recipents as the customer.

The benefits of setting up an account when you are at the check out is that you can go to you account and login click on orders and this is where you will find the status of your order.

Returns policy

If feel you flower delivery is incorrect or  has been damaged in transit  or you are not satisfied with the quality of your flowers please get in contact with us within 24 hours of the delivery via email:  hello@victoriablum.com.au

with your order number and including a few photo of the poor quality or damaged flowers within 24 hours of the delivery in order to be eligible for a refund.

Depending on the situation, we may either offer to send out a new bouquet you the choice of a free replacement at our next available delivery date, or a partial/full refund.

 We do not accept returns on any alcohol or non-perishable products

 Please note refunds can only be made to the same credit card used to make the original purchase.

Will my flowers look exactly as pictured?

We endeavour to send out our bouquet's as close to the image as possible but Due to the nature of fresh flowers, and seasonal availability  there may be times that we will have to substitute flowers. If we feel that there is not a suitable alternative we will contact you to organise an alternative as advance as possible prior to delivery.

If this occurs we will replace them with the closest variety/colour that is of similar or greater value.

If you can't find what you're looking for or have any queries a member of our team will reply to you as soon as we can.

We try to reply promptly but this is not always possible, especially during busy days such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.


Substitution policy

Due to the nature of fresh flowers, and seasonal availability  there may be times that we will have to substitute flowers. 

If this occurs we will replace them with the closest variety/colour that is of similar or greater value.

If we feel that there is not a suitable alternative we will contact you to organise an alternative as advance as possible prior to delivery.

Can I edit my personalized message?

To change your message you can contact us via our email, hello@victoriablum.com.au

no later than 12hours before your chosen delivery date.

If time is of the essence then the quickest way is to call us as soon as possible on 0456 964 471 and we will gladly help you. 



Can I order flowers in advance? 

Yes absolutely you can pre order! 

When placing your order online just select a future delivery date.

Can I cancel an order?

To cancel or amend  an order you can contact us via our email hello@victoriablum.com.au

or by telephone on 0456 964 471 no later than two days before your chosen delivery date

Given the wrong delivery address?  or would like to edit the  message? given the wrong delivery date?  just email: hello@victoriablum.com.au

with your order number and what you would like to change on your order.

we will only give a refund if we have not started preparation of your order at the time notice is given. 

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once you have gone through the checkout process and an order is placed on line you will automatically receive confirmation email.

Can I send flowers to a hospital or business?

We can deliver to businesses and hospitals, however some hospitals have restrictions on flower deliveries.

Patients in ICU are not permitted to receive flowers, Wards that have immune compromised patients may not be able accept flowers.

Most hospitals do not allow us to personally deliver to the recipients room .We would suggest that you contact the hospital directly to confirm the recipient will be allowed to receive the flowers as to avoid any disappointment.

When placing a delivery online to a business we require name of the business, floor/level and or suite number if applicable.of the business.

Many businesses ask that the flowers are left at the reception which in turn may delay the delivery reaching the recipient. We are not responsible once our courier has delivered to the address.
